Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every bar! Because our soaps are handmade with care, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless something is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem—just reach out before your order ships, and we’ll take care of it.

Shipping
We ship with love, but unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for lost or delayed packages.
